First, find Drifter Feng in one of the following positions: Hill City(30.33), Water City(53.112), Tree City(84.100), Sand City(22.69) and Snow City(42.67). He tells you he wants to Reassigning, but lacks Super Pill which is necessary in order to do it. If you can offer him Super Pill, he will send you a Joyful Armor in return.

If you have fulfilled the quest "Super Re-allotment", you should know Super Herb is necessary to refine Super Pill. Thus, if you give him Super Herb, he will teach you Traceless Fist out of gratitude.

P.S.: Joyful Armor, level required 600; Attack +20; Defense +250.

Note: Drifter Feng will transfer to another position after a player accomplishes his quest. So you have to follow him.
