SECTION VIII: Rules for Limited-Environment Formats
In addition to the Arena-The League for Magic Standard
Floor Rules, all limited-environment formats will adhere to the following
rules:
1. Players will purchase the required cards when they register. The type
of deck and/or booster pack(s) will be determined separately for each cycle
of play.
2. The league deck must contain a minimum of 40 (forty) cards, with no imposed
maximum. All cards not in the play deck are considered to be in the sideboard.
3. Players must bring their entire deck including sideboard to each match.
Players may not bring notes on their decks to the match.
4. At no time prior to or during the league cycle will trading between players
or bystanders of cards from the limited-environment league deck be permitted.
