When you get busy with school everything else goes to hell in a hand basket. I have written about 2 chapters and am working on some editing when time allows. I finished my school Co-op at Rogers and now I get to go back to school and finish my last 7 weeks.
I wont say I'm not freaked out about having to start a real life, but I am more worried about working. I am waiting for a call back from EB Games about a part time position that was suppose to be mine after christmas but as with everything else it hit the fan.
well gtg as this is not my computer and someone needs to use it I'll write more in a few days.

God time flies when you're having fun. Well as I figured I haven't written a single word this enitre summer. Some would blame this on my relationship with Allison but that would be a bold faced lie. Fact being that she is only around during the weekends as she is in school during the week.
Anyhow I have been playing with ideas in my head and got some plans for future chapters. I think I may be getting back to writing as I have returned to school and often get an hour or two alone in the wee hours of the mornin'. Well this is going to have to be short as I am out of time and need to go to see if my class is open or not. Teachers like to alter your time table at the last minute and leave the class unsure as only half heard the time.

Now this is what you would call neglect. It's been 50 days since my last entry or change to this website. Now 50 days may seem like a short time but damn a lot happens. I'll list what has happened in my life so that you may see why I've been gone:
Alyson dumped me (alas "I was blind but now I see", things have worked out for the best).
Exams were hell (too many projects).
Purchased Matrix Online (major time killer).
New job is hard (there are muscles aching that I didn't know I had).
Brother is moving (packing isn't as much fun when it isn't you going on the trip).
Getting used to not having Chris around (and for anyone who doesn't know Chris is a real person and he is living in Toronto doing his mechanics apperenticeship).
Purchased the complete Firefly series on DVD (if you haven't seen it and you are in driving range of me I'll be knocking on your door soon with the DVD in hand).
And the best for last...
I have met Allison!
Now that may seem confusing for some but in writing it is easy to tell they are two completely different people (the name is spelt differently in case you didn't notice lol). We met through our hairdresser (yes you can call me a girly man cause I go to a "Hairdresser" instead of a "Barber"). The easyest way to explain my feelings for her is to say that everything I have been lacking in relationships and in my personal life I have found in Allison. I'm going to be keeping my personal life personal but I can say that she is the most kind, friendly, and gentle person I think I have ever met. She challenges my opinions and makes me think. She is smart, funny, and we enjoy many of the same things (movies, family, hanging out, and each other). It could be said that a little "serendipity" happened as we both suffered heartache at the same time before we met, giving our Hairdresser the chance to introduce us.
Now I know that you will be reading this Allison so I'll say it here where anyone could find it. I don't know what the future holds for me and I can't be sure if I've ever been happier before but I can tell you that for this moment I don't think anything could make me any happier than I am now. :)
Now I know some of you aren't here for my personal life story so I'll get back to the book. I've posted Chapter 9 like I said I would (only a little later than I intended). I haven't written anything recently so I'm going to be leaving the rest of my chapters untill later as I want to keep a few on the burners before I post them. So if you are hoping to read the next few chapters soon I'm sorry to say you'll be waiting for a while. I do want to say that if you are interested in read it however I would be more than happy to e-mail you as soon as I post them. Just e-mail me and let me know you are interested in reading the next few chapters and as soon as I post them I'll e-mail you to let you know. Also as I said before the more people who read this and let me know they have, the more likely I'll put greater effort into it. I work better under pressure.

"Hi Everybody!" the crowd replies, "Hi Dr. Nick!" You have to love the Simpsons. Anyways I know it has been a while since I posted anything about the site but I do have exams and assignments to do you know. I'm currently sitting through some very boring and slightly hard to understand persentations by my Effective Web Communications class. So to keep me busy I am posting this. So ya, I found the broken link to Chapter 8 through Chapter 7 and fixed it, so you can now link through the book to each chapter.
I do have some good news. I got the job at Walters Greenhouse so I can stop searching for summer jobs. I'm still however trying to get a job at Jumbo Video so I have one during the school year. The Greenhouse job is good because I will have some time to think while I do the meanial tasks they plan to have me work on. I will also have time after work to write and enjoy some semblance of a social life. I'm not too sure what other writers do but I find that the more social I am the better I write and not to mention I seem to write more.
I do plan to post Chapter 9 "From Old Friends to New Acquaintances" after I finish school in about a week. This Chapter continues to follow the story from Reias point of view as she begins her new friendship with Chris and Amanda. We also learn a little about the Saekoo and their government. Lastly we learn a little about the deapths of darkness that exist in Reias mind. I know you will enjoy it. Will Zero survive? Stay Tuned.

Well the site has had a face lift. I decided to make the adjustments I did during my Effective Web Communications
class permanent. All that really changed was the Links. Now instead of a drop down menu it is a set of hyperlinks at the top
and bottom of each page. There is also a chapters list page where you can go to access each chapter. I have some cleaning to
do before all the pages can be moved into the old domain so they will be here instead. The only difference is the URL.
You can still find the site through the old home page as you should know because you are reading this right. The only
problem is that in copying and pasting my work around I lost a few entries in this news page. Not like it is overly important
that they all be here but I just thought I should note it.
Well I will be posting the 8th chapter in a few days, probably Sunday as I am going to be with Alyson for tonight and
Saturday. If you liked the book so far you should like this chapter. "Reias' First" is the first time that the narrator
changes. In this chapter it is no longer Zero telling the story from his view, it is now Reia. It was interesting trying to
write as if from a different persons perspective, but I think the final product is good and I hope you like it as much as I
do. I'll see you later.

Hey all. Mine and Alysons two week hiatus was cut short last night as she called me over to hang. But that doesn't
mean that the site will go on the back burner (Maybe just the side one). Anyways I finished working out the kinks on the
E-mail form and it is now up and running. Well I have been editing and over all I think I'm begining to be able to write well
enough to not edit anymore. Of course I will edit but I am getting better as I keep working. Anyhow I'm just updating this as
I wait for my bus and it should be here soon so I'll bid you adue.

Hey all you avid readers. Not that there is too many. I'm back. Me and Alyson have takin a two week hiatus. Not that
we are trying to see other people. She simply has 'exams' and her mom wants her to study, and I would agree.
So I have been writing off and on for the past few days but I got an e-mail from a friend who read the story and
liked it so of course my ego inflates and I get back to work. As you may have noticed (Unless you're blind how can't you.
Then again if you are blind how can you be reading this?) I have changed the format of the site. I know some of you liked the
old purple but it was just so hard to read the damn green text so I have changed it all around.
I have also put up 2 more chapters that I had fininshed editing last week. Chapter 6 "At Odds" is the first battle
for Chris and Amanda. Though they pretty much hide most of the time, you do get to see Zero in action as he puts those
shards, we have heard so much about, to use.
Chapter 7 "Enter the Nemesis" is the chapter many of my friends have been waiting to see posted and I know you are
too. It is the first time we see Saren, I'll let the chapter explain him. Well that is pretty much it. I'm working on the
edits to chapters 8 to 11 and I'm currently writing 12 so expect some more of this great adventure.

Well it looks like I will have some time to add to my website as I am in a web design class on fridays. Hey my
teacher may even teach me something new. Anyways I haven't done any work on the book but I have been brainstorming many more
ideas for it. I doubt that I will be doing any real work on the book itself but I know there is a lot of work to be done so
eventually I will find a way. I can't keep this all in my head so eventually it will all be down on paper.

Hey everyone. Well I don't know about you but I am tired of turkey. Anyways I have pretty much put my book on the
side for the next while. I have a new job that will leave my weekends open but of course I'm still with Alyson so I doubt I
will be doing any writing but I will try. There is just so much work and I have hit one of those spots where you just don't
feel like doing any work. However I do have quite a few new ideas. So when I get to it I will be writing like a fiend. Well I
guess it is time to go I'm at Alyson's and we are about to go to her dad's family christmas dinner so I have to go run around
the block to work off the fat I'm about to put on to night.

Well I guess what I wrote before is false. I have again changed the contents of each of the chapters. I said in a
previous note that I would underline and change the colour of any changed text so you could see the change and know what was
different. Well I reloaded the files and shit and now the updated version is online and you wont be able to see the changes.
The changes I've made are only minor like spelling or phrasing but if you notice you have issues. Anyhow I have redone my
Copyright shit and now the updated version is safe in my ownership.

Well it seems that I have found a way to keep up my writing. If I save money and take the bus to school I can get
about an hour a day to sit and type on a computer. I've actually caught up to my handwritten material and soon will be typing
new material instead of copying it from a book I wrote weeks ago. Now I still wont have all too much time to dedicate to this
site as I only have class on Monday Wednesday and every other Tuesday, but hey I still have Friday right. Next semester will
be a new schedule and maybe It will be easier. Who knows. Well I've finnaly updated the Word document version so you can read
it with out burning your eyes on the screen. I'm in the midst of Chapter 10 and edits to all chapters after 6 so things are
looking up.
