w00t!
Today was almost "nerd-gasimic." Between Half-Life 2 coming in the not too distant future (read THURSDAY,) a D&D session on friday night, a C.S. Lewis/Tolkein discussion tonight, a paper being pushed back until after the Thanksgiving break, the first Bible study on wednesday night, and finding out that I didn't bomb the math quiz last friday (plus the expectation of doing well on this fridays quiz,) I was almost singing and doing jigs on my way back from Russian.
Other good things that happened over the weekend: I decided that the solution to my dislike of certain things is to change my routeine. The delema becomes convincing other people to do my thing instead of the suite thing. Or, failing that, finding new people to do my thing.
Went to a Madison Ave. concert on saturday night. That was a nice change. They sing pretty well and accapella "If I had a million dollars" is pretty funny.
I also got, read this, REAL FOOD on sunday for breakfast. I went down to town for a brunch special at Soho 33 and got a breakfast burrito. Don't let the name fool you, it was basically butter and egg wrapped in ham and tortilla. Oh man was it good.
I am about to present my 4-D sulpture. I wish I had time to perfect the matematics, but atleast the representation is there.
Boondock Saints was on TV last night and reminded me that I need it, badly. Put that on the list.
Thanksgiving, quite possibly my favorite holiday of the year is a week from Thursday. I need a vacation. Sleep at school just isn't good quality sleep. I am slightly afraid as to the effects when I come home.
On the negitive side, I am missing a lot of my favorite CDs including my Dispatch CD and my G&S. I can't imagine there is anyone else who would want both of those together, so I must have lost em. Ah well, I'm sure they will show up.
Oh and I want people from home to come visit. Get some tickets people, its fun.
