1. The bad acting by some of the supporting players (which is fast becoming a Schmacher trademark)
2. Alica Silverstone as Batgirl (I'm sorry, but in my opinion she is just not a very good actress)
3. Arnold's stupid corny lines (This was not Mr. Freeze, this was Kindergarden Cop in a metal suit.)
4. Joel Schmacher's terrible take on how Batman should be played. (You got to admit he ruined the franchise)
5. Bane, who was a major villain in the comic book (and who once broke Batman's back I might add) is totally misused and thrown away here.
6. The new Batmobile just plain sucked.
7. The script was terrible
8. And last but not least the nipples on the Batsuit.
Here are the things I liked:
1. Uma Thurman as Poison Ivy (Dead on character, but again terribly misused in the film)
This movie just plain sucked, go see it if you wish to go brain dead!
