A lot of times I feel really down and lonely, and I don�t feel like praising God during those times. Yet when I learn to praise Him despite my circumstances and how I feel, God always lifts me up. We are created by God to worship and praise Him. God does not need us to worship Him, however, we need to worship God to become complete. When I worship Him during my times in the valley, I am focusing on Him, not on my problems. I would like to encourage you to do the same, keep worshipping Him in the valley as well as the mountaintop!
