Update 14/10/01
Hey people
Last friday we had an excellent band practice with good results. We tried recording the session with zach's little sister's fisher price "sing-a-long-o-rama" tape player thingy. But it failed miserably. We couldn't record it as we usually did as the guy that records stuff for us was ill. We'll have to get ourselves a home recording system sometime. I used my digereedoo and it sounded great although we needed it hooked up to a mic. We came up with some more impro songs which sounded cool. Anyway its getting late now so I'll update the site later this week. Me and Mark will work on a band history and band profiles soon. Bye.

Update 05/11/01
On Thursday (1/11/01) we hit Running Frog studios (in Windsor). We went there to work on some songs that we have been working on recently, as we need a good environment to write songs, and what better place a soundproof recording studio with a 250 watt Peavey bass amp, a 300 watt Marshall guitar amp and a pearl drumkit! The song we are concentrating on at the moment sounds very "metal" (and no I don't mean like that nu-metal shit!) With drums added (me and Aaron started writing at a jam round his house) it sounds like the start of something great. Our session was from 6.30 - 9.30 and as we hadn't practiced for about 2 weeks (work experiance got in the way) On the subject of work experiance, Aaron worked in the same recording studio that we used, an he now knows how to use many recording devices which confuse me and Zach (that means all recording devices). Soon the band will be buying new equipment, Aaron and I are getting more powerful amps and Zach is getting a new drumkit (hopefully). The band is dying to play a gig, but we stillllll need a vocalist. Oh and by the way our drummer Zach "ape" Leach was growing a beard, how we laughed. We would of got a picture of it for the general public to laugh at, but he's shaved now (DAMN), and a note to someone who signed the guestbook, NO, WE DO NOT SELL CHILDREN ON THIS SITE :-)

Later dudes,

Update 17/11/01
Hey Comrades!
We had a great practise today (Saturday). It envolved my playing being on form again which makes a difference from last weeks shit practise. We started off with a few jams and then started doing covers. We found an old CD of Zachs with thin lizzy on it so decided to cover "the boys are back in town". We then done a version of smoke on the water and a reggae then oriental version of heart shaped box. I also came up with a killer riff that we added into our song which is basically a jumble full of riffs we made up and stuck them together but so far its sounding good. We are not really working great on new material as we aren't really in the right conditions to be fully concentrating on the process. Also news in the pipeline is that we will destroy this band and who knows what will come out of the wreckage. Maybe a new image...hmm. Anyway thats enough jibba jabba from me, I might give some of our secrets away.
Until the next time
Aaron
