| Our History | ||||||||||||
| Loose Fuze started out in late January 2001, it was Aaron Delgado and Lynden Berrio created the idea for a band back in December 2000. It was only until February that they recruited an amazing guitarist and bassist called Adam Tiratsoo more commonly known as Nobla to the outside world. Aaron, Lynden and Nobla practised for about two months with the help of Mark Rawlins as a photographer and helper. The band back then were unexperienced execpt for Nobla who already had experience with a band, and Aaron who was already familiar with guitar after studying classical guitar in his youth. After two months of being a 3 piece, Aaron and Lynden convinced Zach Leach to join the band as their drummer. At this point the line up was: Aaron Delgado on Guitar Lynden Berrio on Second Guitar Nobla on Bass and Lead guitar Zach on Drums This proved to be a line up for about 3-4 months then the band kicked Lynden out. This was because of his standard of playing at the time. After this Nobla left after about 3 weeks or so at the turn of the summer holiday.At the same time we recruited Matt O'Reilly as a singer. The summer was a wipeout period where we had a refresh (The summer was supposed to be the time when the band was going to practice most, but nothing came of it and no progress was made). With nothing to work on but covers and improvisations, (instrumental only, as Matt couldn't write lyrics) Aaron, Matt and Zach were the only survivers of the disaster named Loose Fuze. Then after the summer Loose Fuze was born again. The recruition of bassist Mark Rawlins left us with more hope to carry on as a full band. Until Matt's departure for various reasons we were doing....okay. Since Matt's departure we have really formed a musical bond with each other. This brings us up to the present day as we are still looking for a vocalist. |
