Raisin-Nut Bread

Three pounds raisins, one-half pound almonds, one-half pound wheat meal.  Mix and put through flaker.  If not sufficiently stiff to roll out, work in more wheat meal, roll thin and cut into wafers.  If desired, whole flaxseed may be sprinkled on the board on which the mass is rolled out and it will adhere.  Expose to the sunshine several hours to dry slightly.
