Fruit Nectar

May be obtained by pressing the juice from blackberries, red raspberries, strawberries, grapes, fully ripe, pitted apricots, etc.  Strain the juice and dilute one-third to one-half with cold water.  A little honey may be added as desired, although grapes, as a rule, are sufficiently sweet.  A small fruit pres will be found convenient for extracting the juice.
