RENTAL PERIODS
3-night minimum during the summer rental period.

SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY
we will accept 1 or 2 nights stays between incoming and outgoing reservations.

CLEANING FEES
are in addition to published rates and local lodging tax.

RESERVATIONS
$100 DEPOSIT is required to hold your reservation.

CANCELLATIONS
A 14-day notice must be given for a refund of deposit.

OCCUPANCY
Maximum 6 (8 including children) $10 fee for the use of the queen size airbed

LINENS
Linens/ towels are provided but are not exchanged during the stay. Since you will not be permitted to take linens or blankets from the unit, you should bring beach towels and blankets for the beach.

An initial supply of soap and bathroom tissue is provided.

DAILY MAID SERVICE IS NOT INCLUDED.

PETS: SORRY
absolutely no pets are allowed.

UNIT CONDITION
We ask that you help us maintain the property in good condition for your enjoyment and those guests who follow. Any damage or excessive wear and tear will be charged to guest upon departure. Please leave the dishes clean and remove the trash. The trash dumpster is located at the rear of the complex.

TELEPHONE
Local calls are free but long distance or directory assistance requires a calling card or credit card.

POOL RULES
Small children in diapers must wear “swimmers”. Rules are posted by the pool and must be followed.

MAINTENANCE
All appliances should be in good working order. If you have a problem you should get in touch with us.

WHIRLPOOL TUB
The tub requires that water be several inches above the jets before turning on.

AIR CONDITION
Please turn the A/C to 80 degrees when you leave.
