When you e-mail [email protected] with your order request be sure to include:
1. The item or items you want.
2. Any options you need.
3. Any required measurements
4. Your shipping address and shipping options selected.
Once we recieve your order request we will follow up with an e-mail invoice within 48 business hours.*
Shipping policy
I currently only ship to United States addresses at this time. I can ship USPS, UPS, or DHL at customer request. The invoice you recieve will contain a shipping estimate for your information. If there is any discrepancy between the quoted amount and the actual shipping amount you will be sent an amended invoice for payment.
Payment Policy
Currently I accept money orders, cashiers checks, and Paypal. No personal checks please.
Return Policy
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your item or it's just not quite what you want I will accept returns made within 30 business days after I ship your item. If you are dissatisfied I will do my best to work with you until you are satsified. Return amount is for the purchase price only. Return credit will be sent to you via USPS priority mail in the form of a personal check.
* 48 business hours is my personal goal. Sometimes life events make it impossible to respond as soon as I would like. Business hours are defined as 8 am - 5pm CST Monday thru Friday.
