Jeff was born and raised in the birth place of powered aviation. The best Air Force Museum in the USA was
just miles away . He could watch the Dayton Air Show from the roof. So I guess you could say he grew up around aviation. Flew RC airplanes when a kid . Received his Airframe and Power plant License during High School and has avionic FCC License and Inspection Authorization. Worked overseas in Italy ,Germany and Japan on King Air's for 8 years and many more here in the USA. He is single , self employed and still maintaining King Air's.
Jeff enjoys riding his motorcycle to work every day. Says it gives him the open and freedom feeling like when your flying. He also loves the water. On the surface or diving. But sometimes after a long day of working on someone elses plane, he needs the chance to get some air under his wing.
Jeff's call sign is "Lunatic" and he flies an RV 4 with a O320 , wood propeller, IFR rated, with WSI weather - it's sometimes called "silver bullet." He likes to make the cross country runs as well as taking a roller coaster ride without rails. And of course, he likes to do "some" Lone Star Formation flights.
