Dare to Dream
I awake to a new day from my dreams,
Dreams that lift our very souls,
Like the life forms rejuvinated by the sun,
To give us vigour to fulfill our roles,
Fear not to dream your aspirations,
For the dreams shall fill our hearts,
Into the wondrous heavens we fly,
Upon the far-stretched field we roam,
Down the never-ending river we swim,
Together we give each other strength.
In reality we are oceans apart,
In reality 'tis painful for me to lead,
In silence I choose to leave,
For I want to keep my dreams alive,
I shall be waiting, waiting, waiting,
Till the day you care to dream with me,
Even if the sun doth rise in the west,
My love for you shall never die.
