I finally got settled on the bus and Zac was trying to give me pointers and I guess make me feel more comfortable.

"Ok, so, in the mornings, who do you not go near until after they have had at least one cup of coffee?" He quizzed me.

"Taylor?" I answered hoping I was right.

"Yes?" I heard someone answer from around the corner. Shit. Shit, shit shit. I inwardly cursed myself. I was not ready to meet him. And there he was...

"Speak of the devil..." Zac started off. Aww, nothing like brotherly banter.

"You called?" He spoke as he looked towards me.

"Oh no, no I was just learning some basics from Zac here and you were the answer to a question, but, hey, you are welcome to join."

"And you are...?"

"Oh, I'm sorry. Hi I'm Jessica, your glorified gopher for the tour."

"Yeah,man, you should've heard what she got slammed with today. I think Matt has her running every single thing that involves anything with Hanson on it."

"Gees. So, you are with us?"

"Oh yeah. They said that I would be with you all 24/7. I guess that includes the tour bus."

"You are brave." I heard another voice comment. I assumed it was Isaac.

"Hi, I'm Isaac and you must be Jessica. Good to have you on board for the tour."

"Thanks. Ok, anything I should know before we get going?"

"Not really. If you encounter anything that you don't think you can handle we'll be glad to help." Isaac told me in a very calm voice. OK, so far so good.

"Oh, now that I have y'all here, what are some favourite foods, snacks, drinks. You know, munchies."

"I love cashews and Dr. Pepper, but not necessarily together." Taylor spoke up.

"Don't forget Pringles, the barbecue kind and mountain dew or surge where available."

"Zac, no Surge. It's not good for you." Isaac said.

"No Surge?" I questioned. "The kid has to have Surge. I love Surge. There is nothing like Surge and since they hardly sell it, I think he should get the bennefit of being able to have it where possible."

"Wow, didn't know the love for Surge was so great. We'll forget about the Surge. But don't forget that I love Fig Newtons, chips and salsa, and Coke." Isaac said.

"OK, I think that's a pretty good list to start off with." I said as I finished writing what I needed to know down.

"{Who's bunk is who's?" I questioned. I wanted to get as settled as possible so I at least looked like I new what was going on.

"Ok, the top one on the left is mine, underneath me is Zac and the one across from me is Isaac which I guess leaves you underneath Ike."

"Sounds good." I said as I walked over to the bunk and started to get settled. I excused myself from the lounge area in order to look over some of the paperwork and memos Matt had provided me with. After going through the first bundle I was seriously tired. I decided to rest my eyes for a little while.

"Jessica" I heard someone call to me. "Jessica, you gotta get up. We're at the hotel."

I opened my eyes to see Taylor slightly smiling at me. "We're where?" I spoke up groggily.

"At the hotel"

"Oh my goodness, the meeting." I jumped up realizing that I had to be at that meeting.

"Woah, chill, girl. It's only about 10. The meeting doesn't start until 11. You have plenty of time." He tried to reassure me.

"Oh. Thanks."

"Let me help you get settled in and then we can all go down to the meeting together. Ok?"

"Sounds like a plan." I stated still trying to regain some idea of my whereabouts and the conditions around me. "Umm, Taylor? Where is everyone and everyone's stuff?"

Oh, we've been here for about a half hour. All of our stuff is up in our room. Zac made a comment about where you were and that's when I realized that you were still on the bus. Sorry." He apologized sheepishly.

"Gees, the first day on the job and already I'm slacking." I joked. If they were always this nice the tour would be a breeze.

After we finally got everyone settled we all headed over to Matt's room in order to be filled in on the next day's events.

"I hope everyone had a good ride here", he started. The room was filled with a collective 'yes' and many nods. "Ok good. Let's go around and introduce everyone. Jessica?"

Sure, start with the newbie. "Ok, like he said. Hi my name is Jessica Gallagher and I am Hanson's personal gopher for the next three months." I chuckled and the guys followed. As it had been explained by Isaac, I would be doing laundry, dry cleaning, buying any personal items, and basically being mom. Hey, Matt even laughed. That had to be a good sign.

After introductions we were each handed a packet for the week. "Each folder has a list of pertinent phone numbers, dates, and times that need to be kept. Please look through this tonite before you go to sleep. Are there any basic questions?"

"Umm, yeah." I replied sheepishly. "What city are we in?" I heard some muffled laughter as I asked. Gees, I knew I should've been paying more attention.

"We're in Sacramento. We start here and end in Tulsa for the US branch of the tour." Matt replied, rather amused by my question. Again, let's all point to the newbie. Gees.

"Thanks."

"Alright, y'all are free to go. I'll see everyone at nine down in the lobby. Please try not to be late." He added looking directly at the three guys.

"Us? Late?" Zac started.

"Yes, you. Let's try not to make it a trend again, please guys."

"Ok. Matt, we promise. Nothing but on time guys here." Isaac reassured him.

"Good. I guess I'll see everyone in the morning then."

And then the meeting dispersed. When we all got back to the rooms all the guys decided to pile up in my room with my food.

"Hey, you didn't tell us that you had food with you." Taylor stated as he sat down with me.
"That's because I actually wanted to eat some of it" I joked as he dug his hands into the bag of salt and vinegar chips I had broken out.

"Alright! Food." Isaac stated as he walked in soon followed by Zac.

"Hey! I didn't invite you guys in here." I laughed

"Did you bring food on your bed?"

"Yeah." I answered cautiously

"That is an open invitation saying 'Please, come join me on my bed'." Taylor stated matter-of-factly. I had to laugh at him. It was just so cute how he said it.

"Alright guys, out! You need sleep and I have to go through all of this stuff." I said as I pulled out the packet Matt had given me.

"alright guys, she's right let's go." Isaac began leading his two brothers out of the room.
"goodnight." I said as they walked through the door that lead to their room.

"night" I heard them say collectively.

I can see this being very interesting. After making the necessary notes and marking down all of the times I turned off the light and crawled underneath the covers of my bed.
