MAKING THE PERFECT CUP OF COFFEE![]()
If you make your coffee with tap water, let the water run for awhile to add oxygen. This will give your coffee a much fuller-bodied flavor. The best-known brewers and roasters insist on always using 2 tablespoons of ground coffee per each 6 ounces of water to make the perfect cup of coffee, like the ones you buy in the best coffee bars. Bottoms up!

Cinnamon Cappuccino
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon; 6 tablespoons of ground espresso beans; 3/4 cup milk; ground cinnamon for garnish; 2 cinnamon sticks for garnish (optional)
Mix the cinnamon with the ground espresso beans and brew the espresso as usual.
Scald milk on stove or microwave and whip it in a blender for a few seconds or until fluffy.
Divide the cinnamon-scented espresso between two mugs.
Carefully pour some of the hot milk into each mug, and gently top each mug with a bit of the foam. Do not deflate foam by stirring.
Sprinkle ground cinnamon over the cappuccino & garnish with a cinnamon stick if you wish. Serve immediately.
Makes 2 servings.
