How to become a Member

(To become a 5% discount Member)
You need to buy at least 2 bottles of Bird's Nest Concentrate 350g Package. On your 2nd purchase (next receipt) you'll get member discount straight away.

Note:
You'll be asked to fill up a form for applying member card.
Member card will be sent to your address as what you stated on the form within 1 month.
If after 1 month you still didnt get your Member Card, please call up our office for enquiry (6846 0663).
PLEASE keep your receipt if you haven't get your member card, because when you purchase any Lo Hong Ka's produces next time. You need to use the receipt as your member card till you got your member card.
