Suchomimus tenerensis

Again, this dinosaur also closely resembles the logosaur, perhaps even more so than Baryonyx.  But there are a few differences nonetheless.  The biggest discrepancy lies again in the shape of the large spines.  You will notice that the 'sail' of Suchomimus begins to slowly incline upward at a point just above the scapula (shoulder blade).  But that of the Logosaurus begins to climb right at the base of the neck, most likely reaching its peak height at about mid-torso.  As seen here, the neural spines of Suchomimus don not reach their peak height until just above the hips.  It is on this argument that I think we can rule Suchomimus out of the question.

(Note: the skull of this animal leaves much to be desired, as it is so fragmentary.  So not much can be said concerning the head.  Most likely, Suchomimus had a skull very much similar to that of Baryonyx.)

Additional Comments (not necessarily my own):

On numerous occasions, the argument that Suchomimus can not be in the upcoming film has been put forth, grounded in the notion of anachronism.  Suchomimus was first described in 1998, whereas InGen, the bioengineering company that created the dinosaurs for Jurassic Park, claimed bankruptcy in 1989 (according to the books) or 1997 (according to the movies).  Either way, InGen could not possibly have even known what a Suchomimus was, let alone create one.
