My Old Nova SRi
Before competing the 2.0 16v this was my daily run around.
I hada list of why i wanted a Nova, these included, Cheap to insure (very important with the state of my licence!), cheap to repair, sporty looks and drive, great handling - and the fact  I've always wanted one!!
Unfortunately the engines bottom end expired after 125000 miles (25k of them being done by me and im were very hard miles!)
On to my other nova
As it looked when i first got it. Rather faded! Standard apart from 14" alloys and light up washer jets (quickly removed). I Paid 520 for it. WIthin 12 hours the engine gave up, 2 weeks and 200 later she was back up an running.
The Interior was standard other than a Momo Gear knob. I added the stereo and I painted the Clock face white while It was off the road..
After a good clean, T-Cut and polish it now looked red not pink. All it needed now was some new alloys (that were the correct offset), a lowering kit to impreve the ride and look.
I then added a Momo Champion Steering wheel.
A set of  White 15" Compomotive MO's wrapped in 195/50 Toyo Proxes T1s rubber. Suited the car really well, just need to lower the ride height now.
Lowered 60mm at front and 40mm at rear on Jamex Springs and Shocks
Quite a clear difference and a major improvement in handling.
To the History of my cars
