The Downtown Co-op is Anchorage's only co-op. There have been many come and go, but the Downtown Co-op has been in 5th Ave Mall for about 20 years! It is made up of about 9 artists-owners who manage their own businesses and own booths. We work the days and manage the co-op together. It it a great business opportunity! Alaska Home Crafters is a lovely craft mall and gift store. It is owned and run by one person and artists rent space but do not work there. It has been in the same location for over 15 years. It specializes in handmade gifts from Alaska as well as tons of other beautiful gifts. It is open every day.
