Scope of classes
LocateNet offers an extensive list of classes to help the members of your business or corporation gain confidence and skill in computing and using information technology. The LocateNet training staff have many levels of expertise to empower them to teach a wide range of classes on Internet and Outlook services; authoring, publishing, and managing Web sites; graphics, multimedia production, office and data analysis software, and operating systems.
LocateNet trainers introduce you to the world of information technology using clear, straight forward language, and analogies from everyday life. Classes range from one-hour demonstrations to hands-on workshops that run from two to three hours. Classes on new topics and software are added every four months. Class sessions are added throughout the year based on demand. Most classes are appropriate regardless of what kind of computer or operating system (e.g., Windows or Mac OS) you use. A few classes are pertinent only to those who work on a certain operating system. Many classes require prerequisites or equivalent experience. Below are several of the classes LocateNet has to offer.
