Virgoan at her best is both careful and eager to help his fellows. She strives
on constant activity, and has a lot of nervous energy to burn. The trouble is
she finds it very difficult to let up; her idea of relaxation seem like hard
work to others. If Mercury, the ruling planet, is in Libra, there will be a
greater ability to relax. Mercury, incidentally, also rules Gemini; but Virgoans
are not so flighty.
The Virgoan's flair for detail can dominate her; in her quest for perfection in
minutiae she can all to easily lose sight of the overall picture. Mercury again
will have a powerful bearing on this tendency, and if Virgo is the Sun-sign and
Mercury in Leo, there will be a better grasp of the total situation than
otherwise. The driving Virgoan motive is 'to serve' and, one way or another, she
will gratify it. Precision and neatness is natural to her, and go with purity
