1.Animation
    
  Type : Team (2 members)
      Instructions : Graphics Programming.
      Languages allowed - C/C++.
      Time alloted : 2 hours
      No Prelims

      If Maya can do. Do it yourself.


2.Code Warrior
   
 
  Type : Team (2 members)
      Instructions : Test your programming skills.
      Languages allowed - C/C++ .
      No Prelims
      Time alloted : 2 hours

      'C' for yourself.


3.Dumb Charades
     
Type : Team (3 members)
      Instructions : All rounds based on IT.
      Prelims will be followed by finals.

  
   
If ever there is an opportunity that the dumber you act, the better you are; your chance is now!

               
4.Fortune Quest
   
  Type : Team (2 members)
      Instructions : Locating and decoding a series of clues scattered all over the PC.
      Time alloted : 45 minutes



5.Hard Sell
      Type : Team (2 members)
       Instructions : Prelims will be held.
      Six teams will be selected for finals.
      Topics for finals will be given 24 hours in advance.
      Rebuttal will be held.
      OHP and data projector will be provided.



6.Net Craft
   
  Type : Team (2 members)       
      Instructions : Develop a website.
      Images will be provided.
      Software that can be used include Photoshop and Flash "
      Time alloted : 2 hours



7.Paper Presentation
     
 Type : Team (1 member)
      Instructions : The paper must be certified by the Head of the Department.
      Six papers will be selected for the finals.
      All the finalists will be notified by post or email by the 25th of October 2002.
      One participant per paper.
      Time alloted on stage(finals) : 15 minutes
      Rebuttal to be held.
      OHP and data projector will be provided.
      Maximum of 2 papers per college.
      Selection of topics (IT related ) is left to the discretion of the participants.
      Papers should reach us by 22/10/2002.
      Travel Allowance ( II class railway fare ) by the shortest route will be provided
      to the student whose papers are selected for the finals.



8.Project Demo
   
   Type : Team (3 members)
      Instructions :
      Six teams will be selected for the finals.
      Time alloted on stage(finals) : 10+2(+3) minutes
      OHP and data projector to be provided.



9.Quiz IT
    
  Type
: Team (2 members)
      Instructions : All rounds based on IT.
      Prelims will be held.
      Six teams will be selected for finals.
      Standard Quiz rules apply.

10. S.A.D
    
  Type : Team (6 members)
    
  Instructions : Prelims based on S.A.D concepts will be held.
      Six teams will be selected for the finals.
      Topic for the finals to be given 24 hours in advance.
    
  Time alloted on stage (finals)
: 15 mins
      Rebuttal will be held.
      OHP and data projector will be provided.

    Type : Individual
      Instructions : Face a grilling stress interview



12. The TEAM
   
  Type : Team (6 members)
   
  Instructions : Surprise !!!

   
13.Toggle
      Type : Individual
   
   Instructions : Topic to be given 3 minutes in advance.
      Got to toggle in favour or against the topic when asked to do so any number of times.
   
   Time alloted on stage - 3 minutes
