| This is the Greaser Petroglyph. The BLM has installed a brass plate with the name and information about the site in front of the boulder. It was mentioned in BackPacker magazine, a few years ago in an article about places of power. It is located at 42-10'-57"N ;119-48'-24"W Coordinates were obtained by using www.mapserver.maptech,com and clicking on the site of the petroglyphs. |

| At the right is a view of Petroglyph Lake. This site is on the top of Hart Mountain, Oregon. It is a couple of miles from the refuge headquarters and a sign on the main road to the headqurters has a sign indicating the turn off to the lake which is about a mile north of the road.
