05/27 - sorry..i've been tired  & busy lately.  i've got a test for my Speech 151 class tomorrow.  i should be studying right now, but i'm writing this & watching  Winter Ballad instead.  plus, i'm getting sick.  my throat feels scratchy & my nose is running (not literally).  before this, i was watching  the 2nd-half of Spider Man in the living room.  ha ha ..my cousin downloaded the movie off the internet, & lent it to my younger bro & i to watch . the quality wasn't that bad, & the movie was really good .  damn, James Franco who played Harry Osborne is .  geez, where has he been all this time   ?!  ah..that doesn't matter now.  i gotta put him on my Husbands page now....hee hee .  soo..what do you think ?  ain't he soo handsome   ?!   i'm so pathetic.


05/21 - whew, i started summer school @ KCC yesterday.  i came to class late, but everything else was fine.  my speech 150 class is actually very interesting.  yesterday everybody in class was just getting to know each other by playing this name game & grouping up by our age, college experience, hobbies, etc.  it's quite an international class--you've got the people from hawaii of different race & then there's the peoples from korea, japan, taiwan, china, & russia.  cool huh?  anyways, besides that, a lot of crap has been happening..i'd rather not go into it.  .

05/15 - this is how i'm feeling right now...                

05/14 - my friend Shan is back from Colorado !  whoo hoo !!  i saw her last night when she & my other friends came down to the restaurant for dinner.  i wasn't working @ the time they came down.  my older sis called me while i was @ home studying for my Econ 130 final.  so i went down to the restaurant 'cause i wanted to see her.  geez, August of last summer was the last time i saw her.  i thought it was going to be this really great moment 'cause it's been months since i last saw her, but it's like she never left when i met her.  strange huh ?  not to say it wasn't great to be w/ her in person again, but i wasn't expecting to feel so excited & happy  when i saw her.  the way we acted last night, it's like she never left which was really good.  i'm soo glad she's back.  as i mentioned earlier, i took my Econ 130 final today.  boy was that the crappers .  i think i may have flunked it.  oh well.  now all i have left to do for school is meet my english professor tomorrow morning & take my Jour 150 final, which won't be that bad because i can use a 5x7 index card w/ notes & answers written on the back & front to use while taking the exam.  great huh ?  i should start working on that cheat sheet now...


05/12 - oh my god  !!!!  my HIST 152 final is tomorrow @ 4 P.M., my ECON 130 final is on tues. @ 9:30 A.M., & my JOUR 150 final is on Fri. @ 7:30 A.M..  plus, i gotta meet my English professor on Wednesday for a grade conference.  crap !!  the only good thing about this week is my finals weren't all scheduled in 1 day, but still i hate it.  i've been studying for my hist 152 exam, but i haven't gotten far.  then there's my Econ 130 exam--i don't understand anything in that class.  aye, i'm in such big trouble.  i planned to get a lot of studying done yesterday after leaving the restaurant, but i had to drop my younger bro off @ Halekulani Hotel for his performance.  but then i had car trouble. the brake was locked, so the car wouldn't move.  the good thing was I had pulled over to the side.  damn it, the car always breaks down on me when I drive it.  geez.  so then i had to be rescued.  however, i got to see  the little parade of cops on their motorcycles & fire engine leading the trolley of uh-manoa men's volleyball team towards Queen's Beach in Waikiki for an appearance @ the Sunset on the Beach event which was cool.  after i went w/ my cousin down to Starbucks @ Ward to meet up w/ a friend & to study which i finally got some done.  after having worked @ the restaurant for about 4 hours, i'm @ home getting ready to study my a$$ off.  today is Mother's Day, so... Happy Mommies' Day  !!!!!


05/09 - whew !!  what a busy day i had...  my day went something like this: i dropped my younger bro & younger sis @ school around 7-something A.M., finished working on my essays for my english portfolio (& missed the history review session), went to school for my Econ 130 class @ 10:30 a.m., met my english professor @ 1 P.M. to turn in my portfolio & to talk about it (only to find out i actually had signed up for 12 p.m., so she was already rushing out of her office when i arrived, but that's alright 'cause i'm a bit afraid of her.)  then i met my cousin & had lunch. later i went down to the restaurant to KCC to buy my books for summer school.  after that i went back to the restaurant only to run out to pick up my bro, then back to the restaurant, & back to my school for my Econ 130 review session @ 4:30 p.m., came back to the restaurant @ 6 P.M., & then i went home.  yesterday was the last day of instruction @ UH-Manoa, but it didn't feel like it since i had to come in today.  while i was walking from the business bldg. to the student services center, the men'svolleyball team, which won the 2002 NCAA Men's Volleyball Championship, were riding on a trolley w/ many vans from different radio stations following them on their little parade going towards Downtown to Murphy's Bar & Grill (& making various stops on the way; even past my bro's school) for their celebration party & autograph signing.  as they were passing me, the guys (were very cute & good-looking ) were cheering & yelling--interesting, huh ? LOL , maybe they saw me & thought, "wow !," so they were actually hollaring  @ me. [yeah i know, i'm delusional  & losing my mind.] only in hawaii would there be such a celebration for volleyball .  i'm home writing this & i'm freakin' tired .  i should start studying soon for my finals.  aye, the stress !!!


05/07 - the last day of class is tomorrow, but i still have to go in the day after 'cause of review sessions & a grade conference w/ my English professor.  hopefully, that'll go well because i'm a bit afraid of her.  hee hee ..  then my finals are next week.  my registration for fall sem. is tomorrow @ 2 p.m..  i hope i get the classes i want, or it'll be a bitch trying to fill up my schedule.  hmm ..let's see what else there is.  oh yeah, my friends came to eat @ the restaurant yesterday afternoon.  that was really great  of them.  it's been a while since i last saw them.  however, it's quite strange to wait on your friends & serve them.  oh well.  ah..then there's my friend Shan who is coming back from Colorado this Saturday for the summer.  yea !!!  i'm soo excited.  i can't wait to see her again.  it's been soo long since i last saw her.  i've missed her soo much..  summer is finally here !!! 


05/02 - things are so hectic lately.  school is ending next week Wednesday, & i've got my finals the week after that.  plus, i gotta finish writing my essay #4 for ENG 100, & wait tables down @ the restaurant everyday.  aye, i'll probably go crazy  soon because of everything.  geez, i'm gonna to be like Mariah Carey & have a nervous breakdown.  Aahh!! besides that i just wanna say ...HAPPY BIRTHDAY MIKA!!!  i don't know if you'll read this, but there ya go.  sorry i can't go out tonight to Todai's to celebrate your b-day .  alright, now for some fun info.  i recently confirmed WWF wrestler "The Rock", in the movie The Scorpion King w/ Hawai'i local Kelly Hu, had gone to the same intermediate (Washington) & high school (McKinley) [click on the schools to read the Honolulu Advertiser article] i went to.  hee hee.. that's so cool to know even though i'm not a wrestling fan .
