At Work
Part I
Believe it or not, we actually did some work during our 'vacation-time' at K.I.  When the call went out, we loaded the F-106s with some nasty pieces of weaponry, i.e., the AIM-4 Falcon air-to-air missiles and the AIR-2A Genie rocket.  Woe be to those Russki's who dared tangle with an 87th Delta Dart loaded by the Load Toads!
Preparing some AIM-4 Falcons for installation on a -106.
Lifting and moving an AIM-4 from it's protective case to the missile frame.  We would then roll the frame under the -106 and load it on the missile rail.  From left to right, Don "Molly" Molitorno (sp?) Sgt. Allen, and Ira Lawson.
Looking in the cockpit, probably to check the seals and safety wires of the weapons switches.
