The Many Obsessions of a Fan
I've watched a LOT of television over the years and I've been a major fan of three high powered series. When I was 10 I became a Star Trek fan, at 18 I discovered Perry Mason, and 33 years on I remembered why I loved to sit and watch Gunsmoke with my grandfather. I've been writing fanfiction since I was 10 beginning with that infamous--to my friends it was quite annoying--opening line: Spock and Christine beamed down to the planet. Being the romantic I usually had something catastrophic occur within the first five seconds of the story, but I never actually finished a story until I was over 30 and posted it to one of Star Trek groups on Yahoo. They liked it and ever since whenever I find a new obsession I just HAVE to write about it. So, here are my obsessions and the stories or links to the stories about them. |
