North on Route 16 [Ottawa]
Exit 28 [Leeds & Grenville, Road 44, Kemptville]
Take a left at the T, stop sign [Road 44 west]
Turn left at the church onto Reuben Crescent
Long Sault Arena
From the Massena Bridge
After the traffic circle, take a left at the 2nd light [13th Street,
Vincent
Massey Drive, Route 2]
The Best Western will be on your right.
Turn right, across from the marina, on Mille Roches Road.
Winchester Arena
From either bridge
Take the 401 east from Ogdensburg bridge
Take the 401 west from the Massena bridge
Take exit 750 from the 401, Route 31 north
Turn right onto route 38, becomes St.Lawrence Street
You will cross railroad tracks
St.Lawrence Street ends at Main Street light
Turn left onto Main Street West
Arena is on your left
