Town was founded by Deqen Mianyang in 2006. Originally from Guiyang, Chef Mianyang spent his childhood days in the kitchen of his great grandmother inventing culinary masterpieces. Since then, Chef Mianyang has enjoyed a long culinary career spanning almost 30 years, working for many five-star restaurants in Malaysia, Beijing, and Shanghai.
