We are programmers supporting a respected Filipino call center divided into 3 person sub-teams. The total team size is 12 (4 sub-teams) plus one Team Leader. Each sub-team has a separate Project Manager based in Yorktown, NY that manages the work requests(based upon the requirements sent out by the Account Managers there) sent to our sub-team here. The main applications used are Visual dBase, ScriptMaker� which is a GUI application used in a UNIX environment and or in a Windows environment. We create different scripts or interfaces being used by contact center agents not only in the 2 Manila Call Centers but in other call centers in NY and NJ as well. We also create backend programs that capture daily information generated from the scripts filled in by the contact center agents during their daily calling. More importantly, we also prepare and "process" records for loading that will be called upon by the call center agents and keep the records that were suppressed during "process"-ing as required by US laws. Periodically, we perform minor database maintenance and queries.
