Que T. Andrade has been a pioneer of most of the departments within the call center. He started out as one of the pilot TSRs during the inception of the company way back in March 2000. He then moved on to the Quality Control and the Quality Assurance groups wherein he mostly served as the night shift team leader for the Manila center. When the postions for the programming department was opened, he was one of the first employees to quickly join the ranks of the technical support group. As of this time, he's serving as the current team leader as well as acting as the temporary shift supervisor for the ESD-Programming. And one more thing, he's the proud dad to son Kean. |
