| YK Anime was originally based on the Days of Llihnrothia introduction and plot. As the story advanced and developed, it began to drift away from the DoL storyline, but began to create a new and more interesting one. Created and maintained by my associate, Jonathan Wong, it show's good humour and excellent art. Although in its early stages of development and hasn't found its place in the web comic world just yet, it has a strong start and a steady maintainance stream. So far, the story is not centered on any characters, therefore no main character has been chosen yet and the plot has yet to develope. This manga show's the known life of what would be of students in the Llihnrothian Academy. The characters, from the beginning comic of just 2, slowly increases to 3, then 4, and so far, 5... It also comes along with fillers, to fill in for days where he couldn't update the story itself...it basically has a strong foundation, some ideas which are based off of others. The names of 2 of the characters are already named, but since it has drifted off from the original DoL, I myself am not sure what is going on...and therefore cannot create a character profile... The personalities are revealed pretty nicely, among the other statistics of the persons. The artwork is very nice. The texturing and smoothness of the combination of pencil work, scanned in and text added with the computer, creates a interesting effect. It is very smooth and proffesional. Although what the author thinks of his artwork (as not that well), most of you have to admit that it is pretty darn good compared to others webcomics out there. (You can't get offended about this unless you are thinking of your own webcomic...which you're basically offending yourself since I have not pointed out any particular webcomic, and therefore cannot be to blame). The story line and products in it, are mainly original. Although heavily influenced by other webcomics and of course Squaresoft and its products, among other medias, you might recognise things, such as a holodeck, from Star Trek. So far I know that he is using the characters Kiyasu and Kaori[Erika?] from DoL, new people may be (according to his [old] character list) Bob, Rebecca and Miho. Which makes up 5, of the 5 known characters so far. 5 characters! And they were introduced so fast too! And he was complaining that LoL had its 6 characters introduced to fast...then again it is 6 and it was pretty fast.
