First details of the Aqua Tour 2009 (22/05/2009)

Information is still scarce, but Aquarama tries to bring you the first details of the Aqua Tour 2009. Their first concert in Horsens during the Vi Rocker event has received an enthusiast review from BT (5 stars of 6) and a devastating one from JP (2 stars of 6).

The stage decorations are simple, they consist of some greek columns at both sides, crystal chandeliers hanging from the ceiling and golden curtains in the back. There also are two smoke cannons shaped like the R2D2 robot (from Star Wars) and an old wooden piano.

As for the outfits, Lene stands out with her red wig, her cowboy t-shirt and her glam leggings, while Søren, Claus and René are just wearing black clothes. René wears a gold pendant and holds a weird microphone with the shape of a ray. Claus plays music with his cool guitar-keyboard.

In the second part of the concert, the curtains open up revealing a big framed picture, just like the Greatest Hits cover. Lene also changes her clothes, now wearing a very weird hat, a purple t-shirt, a cage-like skirt with grey camouflage leggings below.

The setlist is not very different from past years concerts, although Aqua are playing two new songs: My Mamma Said and Live Fast, Die Young. Richard Griffin (Aqua Fan Page webmaster) defined My Mamma Said as "fantastic" while BT reviewer said that Live Fast, Die Young sounds like a mix of Bon Jovi and Def Leppard.
