New Aqua Greatest Hits on the way (21/03/2009)

Some danish magazines have spread the rumor that a new Aqua album is on the way, based on comments from people close to the band.

Apparently, after recording two new songs for their successful tour, the band have decided to create a whole new album. The manager of Aqua, Søren Johansen, has only confirmed that the band are jumping on the studio now and then and having fun together, but he didn't confirm or deny the rumors about a new album.

On their official Facebook pages, Lene told a fan that they would be releasing a new single in the summer and a new album in the autumn, while Søren Rasted told another fan that he had just finished mixing a new song for a Best Of Aqua compilation. He also defined the song as a "smash".

So keep your fingers crossed, but don't hold your breath yet, let's wait for official confirmation.
