Barbie Girl, main song of SexyKiller soundtrack (06/10/2008)

Aqua's hit song Barbie Girl is featured in the soundtrack of the spanish movie SexyKiller and it is used in its promotional video, too. Actually, the original title of the film was BarbyKiller. It's a mix of teen horror movie and comedy, with inspiration of films like Scream and Kill Bill.

Not only the original Aqua version is used in the soundtrack, but a rock cover by the band Tsunami Bomb is featured as well. You can watch the trailer at the SexyKiller Official Site.

Update (24/10/08): We can now confirm that a third version of Barbie Girl is featured in the movie too, the jazz cover that the danish band Axel Boys Quartet released in 1999.
