Walkmand is Hej Matematik's new single (06/06/08)

After Du & Jeg (which peaked at #52 in the Singles Chart and at #8 in the Airplay Chart), Hej Matematik are ready with a new single: Walkmand (Walkman). This fantastic song isn't included in the debut album of the duo formed by Søren & Nicolaj Rasted, but it was premiered some weeks ago at their MySpace. They also performed it live at their May 17th concert in Lille Vega (Copenhagen), featuring the guest vocals from Michael Hardinger, whose song Walk, Mand! is sampled in the Hej Matematik track.

Walkmand is an awesome, uptempo track which is already spinning in danish radios with great success. The single is available in some danish download services, like TDC Musik, too. In its first week, Walkmand has entered at #46 in the Singles Chart and at #12 in the Dance Chart. Remixes of the song have already been commissioned.

Update (09/06/08): Hej Matematik have confirmed through their MySpace that Walkmand is their new single. It will be released on iTunes next Monday 16th.
