Hej Matematik: S�ren Rasted's new project (04/09/2007)

We all know that S�ren Rasted has always been the busiest Aqua member since the band split in 2001. He has written and produced songs for all sorts of artists, like his wife Lene, Sort Sol, Sanne Salomonsen, Jon N�rgaard, Pooodle (in collaboration with Claus Norreen)...

Between 2004 and 2006, he also undertook the successful Lazyboy project, mixing words, music and video. Now he is ready for yet another challenge, this time collaborating with his own nephew, Nicolaj Rasted.

S�ren and Nicolaj have formed the pop duo Hej Matematik! and they are currently promoting their first single, Gymnastik, released under Copenhagen Records. This heavy electronic song, yet still pop, is a huge departure from S�ren's usual work.

You can listen the full song and watch its video at Hej Matematik MySpace. They also have a second song for preview, Midtbyen, very reminiscent of Timbaland's productions.
