New Barbie Girl cover by Rob Mayth (24/03/2006)

There is no doubt that Barbie Girl is Aqua's most covered song. Axel Boys Quartet, Velva Blu, Electric Chairs, Kelly Key... Even Coldplay once covered it in a live perfomance. Now (thanks to the info given by Aquarama.tk visitor Mike) we can add one more Barbie Girl cover to the list.

It has been done by Rob Mayth, a german DJ and remixer that defines his style as "Hands up / Hardstyle". Despite the rather standard female voice singing in the song, the music is a killer. A very danceable happy hardcore cover/remix which has already hit many clubs and radio stations all around Europe.

The vinyl for this cover was released in Germany on 22/03/2006 by the label Mental Madness and with the catalogue number MM076. Its tracklist is as follows:
