Description
This course is an introduction to Java, an object-oriented
programming language. Using Java, students will be able to create
modules that run on UNIX, Windows, and Macintosh operating systems.
Applications for World Wide Web will be created.
Objectives
- To be able to write programs using the fundamentals of
object-oriented programming in Java.
- To be able to build real-world Java applications.
- To be able to run, test, and debug programs using
different Java compilers.
Prerequisites
CS-102 or CS-112.
