Peirce alumni and future Peirce students will get the opportunity to produce their own tiles for a charge of $25 at the Peirce Art Show. Wampanoag Visit
Second and third grade students will become acquainted with the original Native inhabitants of Patuxet, now called Plymouth. This Wampanoag presentation, led by a Native museum teacher in modern clothing, features slides, artifacts and activities to help bring to life the seasonal ways of the Wampanoag.
This piece of history plays an important role in both the second and third grade curricula. The second grades are looking forward to their visit to Plimoth Plantation in May. To learn how a visit to Plimoth Plantation correlates to the Massachusetts Curriculum Frameworks, click here.
