| Customary folklore is the passing down of traditional customs or practices. It is important in many cultures because it is how people learn. This is no different on a college campus. Young students, especially freshman, look up to the older classmen to teach them how to go about things. Everything from what to wear, to what kind of backpack to carry, where to sit in the caf, as well as other, more superstitious things that are still important to the campus. | ||||||||||
