Several red lights were flashing wildly as the Lizard quickly made his way down the corridor. An elivator shaft was located at the end of the passageway and the Lizard briskly approached the exit. He stopped in front of the passage and pried the steel doors open with his hands. The elevator shaft stretched up and down for hundereds of feet. The Lizard looked up that shaft to see the elevator approaching his floor. He ducked back as the elevator came to a stop in front of him, the doors opened slowly and the Lizard blindly jumped into the metal box. Inside were four soldiers with assult rifles who were quickly torn appart in a frenzy of flesh and blood. The Lizard stood over the mangled deformed bodies of his victims and contently pushed the button labled ground floor. The elevator doors closed and the platform began to rise.
The elevator stopped at the group floor and opened, two guards stood sentinal outside the elevator shaft and turned in horror at the sight of the mangled troops who had just entered the elevator several minutes earlier. One guard passed out instantly the other drew his weapon and peered into the elevator. As the guard stuck his into the door the lizard struck down slicing through the soldier's helmat and clawing out a large chunk of his brain. The Lizard jumped down from the celing of the elevator and walked casually away from the corpses. Outside the elevator was another hall that stretched for several yards towards a set of double doors. The Lizard crept up to the doors and quickly glanced through the window.
The next room was a large bunker filled with troops standing in formation prepairing for action. The Lizard looked about the hall for an alternate exit, there in the ceiling was a cooling duct. The Lizard waitsted no time in clawing though the aluminum grate and crawled into the air duct.
