Haiwan "Cardinal" Dias
And His False Gospel Of Satan's False Peace

"Bear not the yoke with unbelievers. For what participation hath justice with injustice? Or what fellowship hath light with darkness? And what concord hath Christ with Belial? Or what part hath the faithful with the unbeliever? And what agreement hath the temple of God with idols? For you are the temple of the living God: as God saith: I will dwell in them and walk among them. And I will be their God: and they shall be my people. Wherefore: Go out from among them and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing: And I will receive you. And will be a Father to you: and you shall be my sons and daughters, saith the Lord Almighty" — II Cor. vi. 14-18

"Inter-Religious Meet Conclusion: Peace Is The Answer"

Newsreport by Sandra Almeida in the Mid-Day, Bombay edition, Dec. 20., 2001.
Ivan Dias Worshipping Satan The atmosphere at the inter-religious meet hosted by the Archbishop of Mumbai, Ivan Cardinal Dias, at his home in Colaba yesterday was palpably reverent. With the heads of most religious communities in Mumbai congregated at one spot, it seemed as if not even a whiff of an errant thought could pass.

"A meeting for peace in a world torn apart by war and hatred," said Cardinal Dias, and peace it was that reigned supreme in the speeches of all the religious representatives present.

"The problem is that we restrict this message to such meetings of intellectuals instead of taking it to our people. We only revere our holy books, but conveniently ignore the message of peace that they contain," said Swinder Singh Sawhney, representative of the Sikh community. Swami Ishvarananda, representative of the Hindu community, concurred, saying, "As long as there are religions to divide us, there will be no peace. This is not a meeting about who is right, but about what is right in today's strife-torn scenario."

He added that in his opinion, the world was seeking diversity in unity, that it was the love of power not the love of God that was driving most leaders inot misguiding thier people. "There is not a single prophet who preached violence and destruction, yet we misinterpret scriptures to suit our own agendas," he concluded.

"Peace and love must reach beyond the communal ["sectarian"] divide. We should not make religion the cause of dissent," was the opinion of Sheriar Nooreyezdan, representative of Mumbai's Bahai community.

"Islam is a religion of peace, the Quran does not advocate harm to one's fellow man," said Yusuf Uchhala, representative of Mumbai's Muslim community.

Passionate speeches by men who were convinced about what they were saying and equally successful in convincing their avid listeners. Cardinal Dias summed it up with, "All we need to do now is spread the message to the world."
