| Wal-Mart's Toy GMM wished to create a rare store promotion In 1995 and invited Dexter Liu to participate. In response, Dexter Liu invented Hydro Shooters and Twinkle Bears then led the development and manufacturing effort including engaging Sachs Finley & Company, an advertising agency based in L.A., to produce the television campaigns. The succesful campaigns were enthusiastically received by Wal-Mart customers. |
