| Clever Girl... >> Friends >> The List >> American Skank-ho From: Rachel Subject: American Skank-ho - hot new film by Paramount! American Skank-ho tells the story of a young pretty blonde girl named Kimberly who lives in Los Angeles, California (where else). Kimberly is 19 years old and has only ever had one boyfriend of two years, who she loves very much. One day Kimberly discovers her boyfriend (Todd?) in bed with her best friend Skipper. She is brutally heartbroken and decides to get over him by going on an exchange trip to Australia and taking on a new identity, unleashing her wild side as she becomes Kimmy, the skank-ho. She shacks up with a bunch of other American girls - Britney, Tiffany, Brooke, and Stacey, all of whom look strangely like her and all of whom are skank hos. There is a lovely scene (recalling the business card scene in American Psycho) in which all the girls compare condoms. Kimmy will sleep with exactly 200 people during her stay in the country, including a homeless man, her lecturer, and a dog. And in the end, when she finally confesses to her skankiness, no one will ever realise it was her because there were so many American skank hos around that there were all indistinguishable. The movie is clearly only in early development at the moment, but I can assure you it will end up very nicely. :) The parody is clearly not directed at Andrew's lovely girlfriend, Stephanie, but resulted from a conversation about the way in which it is easy to lose your inhibitions when you go overseas. My cousin Portia, whom I babysat last Saturday, myst be the most beautiful child I've ever seen. It's scary. She looks like a little porcelain. I really couldn't imagine a prettier child. Happy birthday Kate for yesterday again! :D I hope you had a bootilicious time, doing all the things you already do - but legally! :p Like Carmen, I would be interested in Menike's clothes if only I saw any hope of my ever fitting into them. ;) Hmmm... I volunteered at the Redfern computer centre on Friday afternoon, where I impressed everyone in media with my faabulous computer graphic skills - first designing a flower, then a CD cover (ooo, that one was good!), then an abstract piece, then a Kookai ad (comment on anorexic consumerism, you see). Then we all went out to dinner at Mama's Kitchen, because we are all poor, then for drinks, where everyone marvelled at my very wonderful (and very effectiive) PR plan to pick up my crush. I was also threatened with murder last week, if that interests anyone. The Enmore Theatre is not a safe place to stand alone at night. Lesson well learnt, you see. Oh, and the girl in 'A Knight's Tale' is a real skank-ho (well, not really, but she IS a bitch). Love, Rachel, who decided to write something because Lexi commented that she never contributed anymore. PS I love Veruca Salt PPS Lash playing Annandale Hotel September 22nd PPPS Magic Dirt playing Newtown RSL sometime in October PPPPS SRC elections this year are lame PPPPPS I think I'll vote for *not revealing that one*. ;) back |
