PADI Recreational Courses
Discover Scuba Diver- This is a great way
to get your first experience in Scuba diving. Spend a small
amount of time with a PADI professional Instructor going over
the plan of the day. In the morning you will be taken to a
shallow beach and learn the basic skills. Over a hot lunch
you will be taken on your first real dive to a maximum of
12 meters.
Scuba Diver Course – For those of
you who do not have the time to complete the full PADI open
water course can start with the “Scuba Diver Course.”
This is actually the first half of the Open water course.
During the course you will be doing dives up to 12 meters.
After completion of the two days you will get a certificate
from PADI. On your next trip you can do the second half and
now you will have completed the PADI open water course.
Open Water Course- This is a 3 -4 day course.
After completion of this course you will be certified to dive
just about anywhere in the world. With this certification
you will be able to dive to depths of 18 meters with your
diving buddy.
Adventure Diver- During a one day period
you will do 3 of the PADI specialty dives. Wreck diving, photography,
drift diving, you name it, and take your pick. PADI has many
specialty courses that you can choose from. These dive that
you do can be accredited towards your Advanced Open Water
certification.
Emergency First Response – This is
a one day non diving course that is good for not just divers
but non divers also. During this course you will learn the
proper procedures for Cardial pulmonary resuscitation and
first aid. Learn the proper procedures to manage the scene
of an accident.
Rescue Diver Course – At this time
of your diving adventure you’re abilities to take care
of yourself have been established. During this course you
will learn how to help other divers while in the water. Learn
what it is really like to have to deal with a Panic Diver
or learn what you have to do in a missing buddy situation.
There are a total of 12 different scenarios that will be covered
during your 3 day course.
Master Scuba Diver –For those of you
who do are not interested in working in the Diving Industry
but still would like to learn more. Master Scuba Diver is
a goal to set your eyes on. In order for this you are required
to complete 5 of the PADI specialty courses. The Specialties
are completely up to you. Take a look at the Specialty courses
