| The following rates are based on care during Little Froggy Child Care's regular business hours, which are: Monday - Friday 6:30am - 5:30pm. Full Time $125 per week (12 months & under 4-5 days/week) $100 per week (over 12 months 4-5 days/week) Part Time $70 per week (2-3 days/week up to 24 hours) Before & After School $60 per week Drop-in Care $4.50/hr per child REGISTRATION To enroll a child in the Little Froggy Child Care program, the parent/guardian and the child must visit and interview with the Director, Michaelene, and complete the following forms: Parent Handbook Contract Child Information Card Child Health Record with Immunization Record Medical Authorization Photography Rights OCCL Booklet Food Program Application |
