Influential People
Gokuu/ Gokuu is Kuririns first and bets friend since they first met as little kids.  Growing up and training together, the two are very close.  As good as Gokuu was for Kuririn, he still might be considered both a help and hindrance in the long run. Though it is true that the good natured little Sayiajin did succeed in winning him over to the side of good, he always seemed to be eternally Kuririns better, making the smaller human very unconfident.  However, its obvious how much that Kuririn depends on Gokuu as his friend, especially since he never appears to have any other famliy.

Gohon/ Almost as close to Kuririn as his father, Gohon and Kuririn are partners for a long time, developing an early, solid friendship relationship.  For most of the boys childhood, Kuririn takes the role of protector and friend.

Goten/ There isn't much croncrete to play with here, though it can be assumed that the two are close purely on the reasoning that he is the son of Kuririn's very best friend. In addition, while purely speculatory, it might be assumed that after the cell saga and Gokuu's death, Kuririn came into help the beraved family in any way that he could.  Fanwork has suggested a familiral relationship between his little son of Gokuu and Kuririn.... (link to fanfiction).

Piccolo/
It can be said that for the longest time, Kuririn was very afraid of Piccolo.  Not that you could really blame him he was killed by him after all.  Later however, the green guy seems to gain a bit more respect for Kuririn, (During the Sayiajin Saga) and after that they seem to be function able partners not to say that Piccolo would ever choose Kuririn as a partner

Marron/ Marron is Kuririns little girl and his only child.  She gains his looks as a tot, but looks more and more like her mother the older that she gets.  Absolutely adorable, it is obvious that she has the keys to Kuririns heart.

Kami/ Kami is the guardian of the earth and at one time he functions and Kuririns marshal arts teacher.  He doesnt do any training though, and perhaps the biggest thing that I have ever seen him do in regards to training is buy some pizza

Guru/
This guy is the head honcho of Nemeksei.  He has an enormous effect on Kuririns life in that when he meets Kuririn he does a technique that ups Kuririns power a good deal.  Though their interaction is limited, Guru tell the earthling that he heart was pure and his intentions true, and it a gesture that changes the fate of Nemeksei, he gives Kuririn is dragonball.

Tenshinhan/ Little can be said about the Cyclops and the midget aside from the fact that they are a lot closer in strength then they are in age, and that to the normal onlooker, the fact that they are human is highly debatable.  For more information on the rivalry of Tenshinhan and Kuririn, go to the Strongest? Section.

Mirai Trunks/ Mirai Trunks is rather awed by Kuririn and the other humans presence, since they were all dead in his dimension.  His most significant impacts pertaining to Kuririn include taking over Kuririns job as the speaker of the obvious.  Heh heh.

Chibi Trunks/ One of my favorites.  Chibi Trunks seems very taken with Kuririn from the beginning, laughing and giggling at every word he spoke.  In fact, the first word that we hear little baby Trunks say is Kuririns name.  Kwiyin.  So cute.  While I think that Yamucha had more to do in respect to his upbringing (because it certainly wasn't Vejiita), it might be suggested that since Kuririn was over at capsule corp. so much that he might have fostered a relationship with the little boy of his "big sister."  Wouldn't you like to hear the little boy say, "Unca Kwiyin."

Juuhachigou/
For information, go to the Juuhachigou? Section.

Monks/
The monks were both Kuririns teachers and guardians, and his greatest stumbling block.  By one perspective, they took him in and taught him the basics of marshal arts.  On the other hand, they also bullied and abused him relentlessly.  Speculation and fanwork are one of the only tools into graining an understanding of Kuririn's past.  While there are certain indicators that give clues as to what really went on at Orinji, no one can be really sure.  Some popular beliefs are that he was abandoned there, that he was less than wanted and accepted because of his physical limitations, and that he perhaps underwent some form of mental/physical abuse on the part of his early masters, as well as his peers.

Bulma/ Bulma is old enough to be Gokuu and Kuririns older sister.  In fact, she treats them rather like younger sibling, always yelling at them and insulting them and beating up on them (As if she was capable of really hurting them). For the sake of fairness I will say that some people have used the Bulma/Kuririn relationship as a result of the subtle crush that Kuririn seemed to have had on her as a young child.  I have this to comment:  Can you say "unfounded?"

Dende/
Kuririn and Dende certainly have a special friendship somewhat like that which he shares with Gohon.  Throughout the small green childs time in his care, Kuririn does his best to care for him and protect him from harm.  This is best displayed when Second form Freezer attacks the two of them, and Kuririn saves his life by sacrificing his own.  Go to the Important Roles: Saving Dende section to read more about that.

Chouzou/ You dont see very much interaction between Kuririn and Chouzou during the manga or anime.  They seem on friendly enough terms as adults anyway.  When they first met as children, they were rivals at the TB23.  Click here to read the page of manga when they meet.

Juunanagou/ You dont see much interaction between Kuririn and Juunanagou, but most people are sure that they probably dont quite get along.  Especially seeing as the first time that they see each other Juunanagou punches a hole through his brother-in-laws chest.  Murdering your brother-in-laws is a no no

Maron/
This is the blue-headed ditzy lady that no one seems to like, and yet in the anime Kuririn dates her.  I dont know how on earth they met, or what possessed either to keep the relationship going but it didfor a while anyway.  In the end the major influence she has over Kuririn is to lower his self esteem to zilch and thrust him into a depression that lasts long after she had left.

Muten Roshi/
Kuririn trained for much of his adolescence under this man, and stays of afterwards, making the Kame House his home.  And think goodness that Kuririn doesnt seem to have picked up on any of his dirty habits  There is one other thing that I might note in regards to Master Roshi.  And that is the fact that since Kuririn was twelve, he was the only form of a "father figure" that Kuririn ever had (and maybe ever, period).  I'm of the opinion that the two actually foster a kind of little family between the two of them since neither have anyone else.

Yamucha/
Yamucha and Kuririn are perhaps the most normal (coughcough) fighters of all the Zed fighters.  They seem to have become good friends during their training at Kamis Lookout, and though you don't really see much of it, you can imagine that it's there.

Vejiita/
What can I say?  After nearly killing and double-crossing each other on multiple occasions, it is safe of say that these two hate each other However, perhaps because of his obviously non-threatening nature, the mighty Prince seems a bit more tolerant of the midget human then any of the others.  Not to say that he likes him, really, just more then sayYamucha.

Chichi/ Very type A. I think its safe to say that Kuririn is quite terrified of her  As I have said before, I think that the woman's tolerance of him might have gone up somewhat after the Cell saga, when I supoose that Kuririrn had a hand in helping her deal with Gokuu's loss and raising her new little boy.
