Essays on the true legends of Cosrin
There are those who claim to be legends because their physical powers have grown to a point where most foul beasts are easily dismissed and the rumbling sound when their horses charge in can be heard for miles. I do not say they aren't, but I say the mark of a true legend is that the stories of their lives are told and told again, the mention of their name makes heads turn and ears listen carefully, and their actions live on long after they have themselves gone to rest in the bosom of our creator.

True legends do not have to be the strongest and bravest in the lands. No...there are many examples of people who will always be remembered that never even lifted a sword. There are legends who lurk in the shadows, legends who soothe the souls and bodies of those they meet, legends who live their lives to tell of other legends...and there are of course legends who raise arms against an enemy beyond their power and miraculously manage to come out victorious...
Two warriors aspiring for fame and riches. Who will become a legend?
Umm...the reason I have brought you to this place is to tell the stories of these legends. Where did they come from? What were the actions that made them what they are? And what happened to those of them that are no longer with us?

The following essays are my tribute to the people I have or haven't met, but who have in some way made such an impression that they and their actions deserve to live on until our island sinks into the ocean. I have tried to remain faithful to the facts about them, but in many cases what really happened has been altered in peoples minds by the workings of time. I therefore ask those of you who go further from this point to always bear in mind that a rather small sprite wrote this, her view of things not necessarily being better than that of they who disagree with her.
