1. POP What can be said about this song? It's AWESOME! It really shows the guys passion for music. Now, Justin's little...spitting fest at the end is...a little disturbing, but they harmonize really well and the vocals are great. 2. CELEBRITY This song is very...tecno. They kinda threw me off when they said, "If I didn't have cheese like everyday, would you still wanna be with me?" But this song really brings up a question that most celebrities probobly wonder: "Do you REALLY like me, or pretend to just because I'm famous?" The background music is pretty simple, and the vocals were DEFINATLY not the best on the album. 3. THE GAME IS OVER This song reminds me of Pinball. It's basically about this girl who was cheating on him, but he found out. Tough break. The lyrics are pretty good, the vocals are good for the most part, and they harmonize fairly well. All around good song. 4. GIRLFRIEND The lyrics in this song remind me of those in, "No Strings Attached." It's about this girl he likes, but she has a boyfriend. BUT...her boyfriend pays no attention to her. Lyrics are pretty good, vocals are good, are they harmonize pretty good. But this song is a big step-up from, "No Strings Attached." They swear. I've never heard the guys do that before. 5. THE TWO OF US This song is different. From what I caught from the lyrics, he has this friend that he likes, and he wants to go out with. I found it funny when they said, "If you have a minute can we hook up?" I was thinking, "It probobly takes a little longer to hook up than a minute!" But I could just picture this girl responding to this question like, "Sure! And sinse we'll be down town, why don't we just get married?" Background music and vocals are pretty good. 6. GONE Ok. This song is about a girlfriend leaving someone. He's apparently pretty upset. The lyrics are good (but VERY depressing), the vocals are good, and background music is not very original. I'm getting depressed, so I'm gonna go to the next song. 7.Tell Me, Tell Me...Baby This song is really catchy. The vocals could've been better, but are good for the most part. The lyrics are pretty good, and the background music sounds like something out of a Ricky Martin song. 8. Up Against The Wall Ok. Background music is catchy, vocals are pretty good, and I can't understand any of the lyrics, but I think I heard, "Music." I'll leave it at that. 9. See Right Through You This is another "being cheated on" song. Vocals are really good, lyrics are pretty good, and background music is pretty catchy. All around, a pretty good song. |
